Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato Salad with Almonds & a Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette!
This is by far one of the best salads you’ll ever eat! The key to this delicious salad, besides bacon of course, is the Dijon mustard vinaigrette, so here is the recipe!
Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette:
• 3 tablespoons Dijon or Spicy Brown Mustard
• 4-5 tablespoons Water
• 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2-3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
• 1 pinch Sea Salt
In a cup or small bowl, mix everything together except the extra virgin olive oil. After the wet and dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed, lastly, add the extra virgin olive oil and stir briefly before pouring over the salad.
To serve the Dijon mustard vinaigrette as a side dressing or dip, do not mix the extra virgin olive oil before serving. For a garnish, add a pinch of fresh parsley.
